This score reflects performance in this learning game — not legal expertise or POSH compliance.
Every workplace with 10 or more employees must constitute an Internal Committee to receive and inquire into complaints.
A complaint should be made within three months of the incident; the Committee may extend this by a further three months for sufficient reason.
The Committee must complete its inquiry within 90 days of the complaint, following principles of natural justice.
The identity of the parties, witnesses, and the details of the inquiry are confidential and may not be disclosed to the public or the media.
This is a simplified summary for learning purposes, not legal advice. Always refer to the full Act or qualified counsel for a specific situation.
